I tried to like this place, but no. My first order was supposed to be for pickup. I get there and the guy at the bar tells me it's out for delivery. I sit at the bar while he calls to see if he can intercept the delivery. After 10-15 min, he shows up with my order. Food was just ok. Not really a fan of the way they cook their chicken and ground beef. My second order was actually delivered but the cheese over the chimichanga was American cheese! Ick! Was also slightly soggy. The cheese and salsa dip was unique; again, using American cheese. If I order mexican food with cheese, I expect it to be queso blanco. I mean, seriously, American cheese?! Guess I'll continue my search for an authentic, reliable Mexican restaurant in the Union Sq/Nob Hill area. christopher, ordered 285 times

An Hour and 30 minute wait for delivery (even though the site said 45-60mins). Was definitely not happy about this. Then the delivery guy took it to the wrong building. The food is actually very good, but after an hour and 30 minutes, it was completely cold. VERY disappointing. I called the restaurant to ask where the food was after 70 minutes, and the guy on the phone just said, "oh, sorry. we have a lot of big orders tonight." I think that's terrible. He clearly could care less. They could at least call the people who's orders are going to be late to let them know. I am NEVER the type of person to complain about almost anything, but seriously, a 90minute wait... I could have walked to a restaurant, ordered, eaten, and been back home in that time. I called 59 minutes after I placed my order and the guy on the phone told me to wait until it had been a full hour. I offered to call back in one minute. Considering price PLUS the delivery fee, I do not think being late is acceptable. I have not yet received my food and I already know I won't be ordering from this place again. The food is good but by the time they deliver it is cold or semi-lukewarm -- I always have to convince the delivery driver to deliver to my door EVEN with a 25% tip -- who does that? Javier, ordered 10 times

I understand they get busy but they shouldn't have delivery service if they can't handle it. I ordered my $25 order on a Tuesday night at 7:05 pm. The guy was snarky on the phone when I called at 8:20 to inquire about my order. He said it'd be here soon. It finally arrived at 8:50...soggy and cold. Kara, ordered 58 times

Ordered the steak nachos and steak fajitas. Fajitas were okay, but nachos got the order wrong (asked for no guacamole) and EVERYTHING was soggy. They could avoid this by placing the toppings in separate containers. Might as well have been, since they were all situated in the 4 corners of the tray instead of mixed together. Order took about an hour and I suspect food was out for delivery for most of that time. It might have been my fault for ordering Mexican but everything that should have been crispy was soggy and meat was not good at all.. would NOT order again. EVER. Tracy, ordered 10 times

we ordered nachos and a chimichanga. the steak on the nachos was good, but there was literally no cheese and tooooons of beans. the chimichanga was covered in two slices of american cheese and seemed as though it was soaked in grease, not fried; it was soggy and the container had a pool of grease on the bottom. we ordered a soda for 2.50 thinking it was a two liter or at least a can, but it was a togo coffee container mostly full of ice. and all this after waiting an hour and half for the delivery of the cold food. whatever. devo, ordered 310 times

Food quality does not match with its price at all. Considering simple and low cost Mexican food as quesedilla and tacos, I was very upset with its food packaging and quantity. Will not order again. Sean, ordered 107 times
